Finding us
We are a home bakery in the foothills of Sandia Heights. The exact address, directions and a map come with your order confirmation, so there is nothing to work out on the morning — just come to the front door at your time.

What is a cottage bakery?
A cottage bakery is an artisan, home-based food business. We operate under New Mexico's Homemade Food Act, enforced by the New Mexico Environment Department, which allows us to bake shelf-stable treats in a residential kitchen. Our bakers hold ANAB-accredited food handler certifications and keep to strict sanitary standards.
Can I get updates on weekly specials?
Yes! Sign up for our weekly email here to get a message every Wednesday with the specials we are serving that week.
If I have a special occasion coming up, can I pre-order?
We would love to help you celebrate! Please reach out through our "Contact Us" page so we can discuss your details. Because we are a small-batch kitchen, custom orders are subject to availability, but we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Will you work around allergies?
We always do our absolute best to keep things separate and safe! However, because we are a traditional cottage bakery, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free or nut-free environment. Check ingredient lists from the order form.
If you have a specific allergy, please note it on your order form in advance. We will happily take extra care with your order, but because all of our treats are handcrafted in the same space, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Your safety is our priority, so we want to be completely transparent so you can make the best choice for your health!
Is it possible to customize my order?
Absolutely! Since we bake to order, we can easily make adjustments to our weekly menu items. If you want to add something special like walnuts or green chile, leave us a note in the comments section when you order.
We will reach out to you about any potential upcharges and to make sure we can create your item without losing any of the quality you expect. To keep things running smoothly and on time, you can also write to us in advance on our Contact Us page.
Do you deliver?
We do not offer delivery at this time.
Can I just walk up?
We only offer porch pick up based on pre-orders, to ensure every treat arrives fresh for you and nothing ever goes to waste. I bake with care, keeping things simple and fresh to deliver genuine treats that bring an easy smile to every table.
Do you offer corporate catering or recurring office treat drops?
Yes! We love partnering with local businesses like real estate offices, car dealerships, and corporate teams to bring fresh treats to your employees or clients. We offer convenient drop-off delivery or scheduled pick-up options. For offices looking to schedule regular monthly or bi-monthly treat days, we offer a 10% recurring order discount.
